Microneedling is a minimally invasive skin procedure that uses fine sterile needles to create controlled microscopic punctures. It may be used for selected acne scars, uneven texture, enlarged pores and fine lines after assessment. Treatment depth and technique are customized to the skin concern.

Treatment Procedure
The skin is cleansed and a topical anesthetic may be applied. A sterile microneedling device is passed over the treatment area at controlled depth. The skin is then treated with appropriate post-procedure care.

About 30–60 minutes
Recovery / Downtime
Redness, sensitivity and mild swelling are common for a short period; pinpoint bleeding may occur during treatment.

Often performed as a series of sessions spaced several weeks apart.
Results Timeline
Improvement is gradual as collagen remodeling occurs over weeks to months.
Aftercare Instructions
Use gentle skincare and broad-spectrum sunscreen; avoid picking, heavy makeup and irritating active ingredients until advised; keep the skin protected during healing.
